Shipping

United States domestic orders will receive complimentary tracked shipping at no additional fee. International orders are subject to shipping charges and may require additional tax or duties upon delivery.

 All orders will be handled in the order in which they are received through bi-weekly (alternate weekly) processing. Upon placing an order, the buyer shall recieve a confirmation email. Once the order is processed, an additional email will be delivered containing necessary tracking information. The buyer agrees to engage in a pre-order transaction in which they are aware the product is not produced and finished until an order is placed, thus requiring an extended window for fulfillment. Orders are generally processed within 2-4 weeks of being placed and are generally delivered in  an additional 3-8 days for United States congenital orders and 7-21 days for all International orders.

Please note that some products may have longer delivery times due to variability within our manufacturing process. In some instances, shipping may take between 8 to 10 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

**Disclaimer** Once packages are picked up by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend that customers contact the carrier directly for any issues related to the delivery of their order.

 

Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges of any sort at this time. Please be sure to review your order before placing as we will not accommodate any changes or requests.

Please note that due to the nature of our manufacturing process, variations in quality, construction and appearance are to be expected. If you feel you have received a product that falls below an acceptable standard, please contact us through the form within this site for additional instruction.

Please review your country's current import status in regards to COVID-19, we will not be issuing refunds for any orders that cannot be fulfilled after shipment due to irregular trade restrictions.
